Method and Procedure Senior Engineer @SAMARINDA

ACTIVITIES• Advice project about local laws and regulations• Implement of CPY HSE Management System throughout projects

Ensure projects commitment to HSE matters and adherence to HSE objectives• In coordination with HSE department and Marine departmento Review minutes of construction progress and HSE weekly meetingo Organize and facilitate HSE committee meetings with CTRo Assist projects in ensuring safety of all personnel and minimize risk in operation Promote safety behaviour and proactive attitude Communicate HSE feed backs and matters to projects Give support and advice for safety at work: job Safety Assessment, adequate PPE, hazard identification and risk assessments, permit to work preparation, HSE talks.• In coordination with affiliate Environment departmento Assist project in minimizing environmental and social impact during operations• In coordination with affiliate Medical departmento Ensure health and hygiene at construction siteo Conduct occupational risk assessment• Ensure (review and comments all CTR documentations related to HSE)o CTR personnel commitment to HSEo CTR respect of CPY HSE affiliate standard procedures, Marine manual and site instructions (SOP, MPM and SSI)o CTR respect of CPY corporate rules and specifications (CR, GS)o CTR application of contract exhibit L HSE requirements, monitoring performance of their HSE Plan (incl. Emergency Response, Environmental Management and Safety Implementation)• In coordination with affiliate Training departmento Contribute in ensuring HSE training to PJC personnelo Assist project to select CTR HSE personnel (HSE manager and coordinator)o Advice project about CTR HSE training matrix and review certificates• In coordination with Emergency Response Team based in BPNo Review and comment Emergency Response Plan from CTRo Give support and advice project to ensure bridging between CPY entities, CTR and subCTR'so Give support and advice project to ensure medical support and emergency facilities at worksiteo Give support and advice project to conduct emergency drills at worksite• Analyse anomaly reports to detect any derive, inform relevant project and propose corrective actions• Provide guidance and advice to project for all case of accident investigation• Review and comment CTR incident investigation report• Organize, facilitate HSE audit of CTR facilities and provide audit report to project• Give support and advice project to ensure CTR periodic HSE inspection and to conduct joint CPY / CTR worksite inspection• Assist project to ensure CTR HSE performance improvement• Contribute and participate in CPY safety behaviour award program implementation

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT• Multiple project Locations and Sites.• Regular site visits.• Other Departments within TI.• Constant interface with PJC Services.ACCOUNTABILITIES• -

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position (in Asia would be an advantage)• Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above• Experience in audit performance at construction yards, oil & gas facilities or / and marine facilities• Good inter-personal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills including English language (language of the project) and computer literacy; trainer ability• Ability to work on his / her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team;• Flexible and pro-active approach.
