Certification Engineer - DEGREE

Position Wanted: Certification Engineer

ACTIVITIESMission To give full assistances in managing inspection & certification required by Indonesian regulations (MIGAS) for projects equipment within the PJC Division To assist in managing that Permit for Installation of project To assist in managing PIS process upon project completionActivities Compliance with TOTAL E&P Indonesie safety objectives To develop, implement and maintain/updating the Certification, Permit & PIS Procedure in accordance with prevailing and updating regulations by MIGAS and/or BPMigas To identify all permits and certificates required for each project To prepare the Certification Contracts for each type of equipment and each project To process the Certification, Permit and PIS process with involvement of Project Management Team and in liaison with CRD/OPS as required. To monitor implementation of Certification Contract for all projects within the division To ensure that all selected equipments needed for MIGAS certification are covered To prepare documentation of all project certificates and to ensure that all certificate of equipment are available by the end of project.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT Interfaces within internal; CRD/OPS, PJC, Project Managers and other support services Interfaces with authorities; BPMIGAS, MIGAS and Certification Authority (CA = PJIT) Interfaces with external parties; Contractors, Vendor and its principal (local and abroad) Communication and coordination among related parties are not always smooth because of the intense of the project. Multiple projects at various stage of progress development must be followed and monitor up at the same time.

ACCOUNTABILITYEnsures that all projects could be start up without delay with all critical equipment had been certified by MIGAS, permits are available and PIS approval in due time.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Degree in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering with 3-4 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry Autonomous, good communication and interpersonal skill Knowledge of Indonesian regulation, PTK007, MIGAS certification process, and Permit Authorization process. Fluent in spoken and written English
