Summary of Job / Qualification :
Economic/ DA Modeling Ability
Ability to design, build and analyze fit-for-purpose, Excel/ SDA-based, DA/ Economic models for PSC regimes. Also, able to adapt and apply such models to assess alternatives, probabilistically, and for additional insights such as Value of Information.
Upstream/Technical Knowledge
Broad Upstream oil & gas experience and understanding, including subsurface aspects. Ability to effectively interact with related disciplines; subsurface, well construction, facilities and reservoir engineering, operations, strategy & planning, finance, etc.
Communication Skills
Effective communicator, whether speaking or writing -- able to distill complex information to communicate key insights. Comfortable interacting with leadership and with technical/ commercial SMEs.
Leadership & Initiative
Able to train/ mentor others in understanding and application of DA concepts, processes and tools. Able to, with limited supervision, concurrently manage a variety of responsibilities and deliver timely, high-quality results. High business and technical credibility with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.
Framing & Facilitation Skills
Able to organize, lead, and document team framing , quality assurance, and planning sessions and to ensure appropriate application of current project frames.
