PT TESCO INDONESIA (Tesco) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TESCO CORPORATION, a leading drilling solution company in the Oil and Gas industry based in Houston. Tesco provides oilfield services to clients engaged in the oil and gas industry in a variety of regions throughout Indonesia and Asia Pacific.Tesco Indonesia is now looking an experienced CASING DRILLING SALES COORDINATOR to support our sales and operations teams to develop our CASING DRILLING Business Line.
CASING DRILLING SALES COORDINATORThe job description will include :
- Serving as a liaison between customers, field sales, marketing and engineering
- Travelling to customer sites and presenting applications solutions, performing demonstrations, installation and testing or assisting with CD product application issues
- Acting as a key contact for CD and Field Support and providing expert advice to local operations and engineering staff
- Collecting market intelligence and maintaining awareness of CD markets, customers, sales opportunities, competitors and products
- Working with new product development teams to generate and maintain product specifications and manuals
- Assisting Sales and Customer Service teams in providing product quotations to customers
Requirements :
- B.S. (Bachelor degree) in Engineering or Physical Science
- Has a thorough knowledge of drilling engineering and well construction
- Fast learner to develop knowledge of CD services and products including product capabilities and limitations
- Has 3 years’ experience in a technical customer support or application engineering
- Experience with analog and digital hardware interfaces and the use of basic laboratory tools such as data acquisition systems and oscilloscopes
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel about 45% of the time to customer sites and trade shows (domestically and internationally)
