Our Company, PT Citra Tubindo Tbk Batam, an Indonesian public-listed company is one of leading manufacturing enterprises to process Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) for the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and worldwide. We are now requiring highly motivated individuals, for the following position:

TRAINING SPECIALIST (8RR446) - Batam Plant

Requirements :

• Max 35 years old, preferable female.
• Bachelor Degree GPA min.3.0 having major in Psychology prefereable,
• Certified as a trainer and has attended training courses of ToT / TfT,
• Having good presentation skill, and a good use of people assessment tools,
• Able to make and edit movies and a good user of spread sheets, word processing, and presentation software in Open Source and Windows,
• Good written and verbal English Communication Skills,
• having experience working in manufacturing industry for 2 years in training, recruitment or assessment,
