- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable Universities.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, minimum passive
- Computer literate and familiar with Autocad.
- Own driving license (SIM A/ SIM C)
- Able to work under pressure, honest, and hardworking.
- Able to estimating project budget plan (building project or infrastructure project), preparation of building materials and specifications, controlling building quality and quantity
