Valve Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop our existing pumps and valves distributor
  • Improving and creating relationship with existing or new customer at Mining, Oil & Gas companies
  • Supporting distributor to achieve their selling target to his target
  • Analysis market demand and create new distributor
  • Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities
  • Visit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services and solicit for order
  • Make a product presentation and provide technical back up for customer
  • Prepare order, report and schedules initiation
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base
  • Actively search for new tenders, register for tenders
  • Follow up project and negotiate price tender with customer
  • Working together with engineering department in supervising project progress

Requirements:

  • Male min 28 y/o
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Management.
  • Having minimum 5 years in technical sales experience especially in Valve Industry
  • Preferably experience & having wide networks with Mining, Oil & Gas companies
  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
  • Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume and value) and distribution channel
  • Strong analytical skills, and high sales drive
  • Positive attitude and high integrity, honesty, dynamic, self confident, initiative, good interpersonal skill, and pro active
  • Having ability to analyze sales and make sales forecast
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
  • Willing to be placed at Cibitung area
