Scheduling & Planning AdviserScheduling & Planning Adviser o Vacancy : 1 position available o Contract Period : 1 years o Reporting to : Project Manager o Point of Hire/Base Location : Jakarta o Expected Date of Join : March 2012 o Monthly Base Salary (GROSS) : start from IDR 8,000,000 (negotiable) o Transportation Allowance (NET) : 12.5% of monthly base salary gross o Assistance Allowance (NET) : IDR 350,000 EDUCATION: • Bachelor Degree or above in civil/structure Engineering; • Minimum 3-5 years engineering and construction management experience on chemical/petrochemical projects; • Familiar with local codes and standards; • Proficiency in both written & oral English; Chinese is preferable • Familiar with MS Office. PURPOSE: To be part of the Project Team to develop and maintain the detailed schedule of the Project including assessing the Critical Path and keeping close track of key activities throughout the entire Project Implementation period of a Lubricants Blending Plant located in Indonesia (Project Monas). DIMENSIONS: 1) Front-end Engineering & Design (FEED) phase followed by the Execution phase of a Greenfield Lube Oil Blending Plant in Indonesia with 100kt production capacity. 2) Project team involving 13 core team members and up to 100 site staff at the peak of construction activities. 3) Recruitment of up to 150 permanent and contract staff for plant operations (at full ramp-up).
