Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Oil & Gas)

General objective of the function

Responsible for growing the business of the company by maintaining relations with current clients and establishing new business.

Function Responsibilities

• Liaise and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
• Build and maintain good and proper relation with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare or present quotation/proposals to customers.
• Prepare costing of each unit being offered before providing quotation to customers.
• Prepare monthly on-hire or sales reports
• Arrange certification and storage for CCU.
• Assist the Manager – Marketing as required.
• Acknowledge and confirm MSRs, POs and invoices to/from suppliers.
• Ensure overall CCUs are registered and accounted for use.
• Performs related work as required.
• Participate in accident prevention activity and report if any accident exists.
• Comply with Quality, Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental current legislation and with other current requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor, majoring in Business Admin
• 1 Year experience in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry is prefered
• Good in English Skill
• Fluent in computer operations (Word Excel, Power Point,MS Project, MS Visio)
• Good in Communication, interpersonal & Negotiation Skill
• Note: Fix Salary
