Lowongan Project Manager - Jakarta - Timas Suplindo, Pt

The main responsibilities of this position are:

• To arrange work strategy with good planning, organize, supervise and evaluate job performance
• Responsible in project handling with good planning, monitor project activity and evaluate all project performance
• Project Planning:  project costing, scheduling, negotiating with  subcontractors, project planning, risk management
• Project Management and Implementation: Liaise with project stakeholders,  manage project critical path, control and direct subcontractors , manager project team
• Project Control, Monitoring and Reporting: manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans, scheduling, monitoring quality and cost control of Projects and to assure that project objectives are achieved
• The candidate will also build and develop relationships with the client for smooth project execution and to lay ground work for future projects. He will develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Prepare project improvement monthly report
• Responsible in HSE implementation program

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Has min. 10 years of experience in oil & gas field (including min. 7 years in Tank Construction and has min. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager of Tank Construction’s role)
• Familiar with API 650 & ASME
• Familiar with project Management tools
• English fluent written and orally
• Able to communicate with people of all levels
• Display integrity and an open attitude
• Demonstrated strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have abilities in managing the construction execution plan of the projects
• Having experience dealing with local contractors and local community (NGO)
• Having Certified Project Management would be an advantage
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and other site
