URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana is developing a modern Gold Mine in Central Kalimantan, due for commissioning by the end of 2011. It wants to build up its professional management team in the Jakarta Head Office and on site with the following Administration positions :
MINING SUPERVISOR / SUPERINTENDANT - KALIMANTANPrimary Responsibilities :
- Examining the site of mining and assessing the suitability for construction
- Interacting with geologists and other mine supervisors, understanding the exact requirement and designing structures accordingly
- Making detailed project reports and presenting before the management
- Looking out for new mining ventures by studying the suitability of the land
- Training crew member ad miners in the correct mining techniques
Knowledge and skill Requirements :
- Sound knowledge about construction of mining structures while emphasising on safety regulations
- Design structures such that the miners are as comfortable as possible in the existing situations like proving ventilation in underground and ground structures
- Sound knowledge about safety precautions in mines, mining equipment and their maintenance
- Good communication, organization and leadership qualities
- Ability to work under rough field conditions
- Experiences at least 5-10 years in a similar role
- Spoke English Fluently
- Willing to be placed at site area
