URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Horizon Geoconsulting, an Oil and Gas Services Company based in South Jakarta, requires a Geological Assistant. The position would be suitable for a newly graduated geologist with excellent computer skills or someone currently filling a similar role in an Oil & Gas or Mining Service Company.
GEOLOGICAL ASSISTANT - JAKARTACandidate Requirements :
- Geological education
- Good English language skills
- Computer literate (Kingdom/Trinity/Well Cad/Arc-GIS/Stratabugs experience an advantage)
Job DescriptionDuties include the following:
- Supervision of biostratigraphic data digitising, chart preparation and chart plotting
- Digitising of core descriptions and core data
- Loading of data to seismic workstation projects
- Loading of data for basin modelling projects
- Supervision of geological report compilation and despatch
