Lowongan Foreman For Trackwork, Concreting, 3rd Rail System And Tsa (papua)

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are a national company of General Contractor & Construction in tunnel railways project is seeking potential candidates for the following position :

Foreman for Trackwork, Concreting, 3rd Rail System and TSA (Papua)

Responsibilities:

• Trackwork: Prefererred with experience in tunnel trackwork construction projects with knowledge on turnout assembly and laying procedures. Capable of handling
• Concreting: Preferred with experience on concreting in trackwork projects involving long distance pumps with good knowledge of premix and concrete finishing.
• 3rd Rail System:Preferred with knowledge on the power rail system and installation methods.
• TSA :Receive assignments in task oriented terms, and supervises team to complete and achieve target within timeline.1st IC for primary duties of loading / unloading logistic materials / Preservation duties.Supervise on the operational crews, giving assigned tasks and expected completion timeline.Take lead in organizing, controlling and managing team to ensure orderly execution of logistical activities.Report all non-conformances and observations, investigate root cause for non-conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Exercise safety on materials handling and storage areas.Main point of contact on ground level, for all logistical operational / Inventory issues.Assist Management in organizing, driving and close monitoring the project requirements.Assist Management, in analyzing the site storage condition, optimizing storage usage.Co-ordinate activities across multiple functions - Lifting, on logistical and inventory requirements.Plan Preservation schedule, on monthly basis, and execution of physical preservation works.

Requirements:

• Senior High school degree
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role
• Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
• Ready worked in Papua
