Coal Handling Facility Manager

The qualified incumbent will lead a team of diverse workforce to manage and ensure continuity of fix plant mechanical availability & utility.  He/she must be a strong advocate for environment, health and safety at the plant site.

Tasks and Responsibilities

To oversee coal movement from mine to ROM and coal product stock pile according to plan and Shipping schedule

Execute stock pile management for both ROM and product stockpile

Responsible to ensure implementation of company health and safety policy

Manage operational budget.

Manage coal quality for loading.

Manage other facilities like Jetty and other structures like ship loader.

 Job Specifications

Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

10 – 15 years experience in coal handling facility, with 3-5 years in managerial capacity 

Understanding of financial analysis.

Proficient in operating Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Good communication skills, good command of English

Leadership quality in project, planning, and high standard of work quality

Meticulous in administration with strong negotiation skill

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
