URGENTLY REQUIRED
Our client, multinational oil and gas Services Company, is currently seeking for an experienced individual with strong leadership qualities who are expected to mark significant contribution to the company.
SENIOR MAINTENANCE MANAGERResponsibilities:
- Organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining company’s equipment for one or more countries.
- Work with Operations Management Team to develop and implement equipment and vehicle replacement strategies.
- Develops and implements programs to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
- Direct the Procurement and Materials departments on the cost effective purchase of parts and supplies, selection of suppliers, and establishment of inventory levels for repair parts for one or more countries.
- Develops and manages equipment maintenance and departmental budgets.
- Responsible for implementing safety programs within the equipment group.
- Work closely with Technology and Manufacturing on equipment reliability issues and design reviews.
- Assist Business Development in drafting customer proposals and bids relative to equipment maintenance and reliability issues.
- Develops and implements strategies for the use of the SAP-PM module. Supervises through subordinates, usually other managers.
- Coordinates various activities that are not necessarily related.
- Formulates general policies and procedures and makes long range plans.
Minimum qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 12 years of experience in a related field.
