- Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, Instrument/Electrical, Physics)
- Min. 5-10 years experience in supervisory level, in oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical industry
- Familiar with PTK Nomor 007-Revisi-2/PTK/IX/2009
- Strong interpesonal & negotiation skill, Good leadership skill, Able to work individualli and as a team, good presentation skill
- Computer literate (Ms Office)
- Familiar with ISO 9001
- Good command of English (oral & written)
