Power Plant Conditioning Monitoring
Qualification :
Diploma/ Bachelor from mechanical engineering, with 3 years or more experience in VIBRATION ANALYSIS Shall have Vibration Certification with 2 years of experience as well as a Level I certification. Experience in Balancing fields. Such as : fan, etc Familiar using/utilize : Laser alignment, Balancing tools, Stroboscope & Infra red imaging/Thermography Familiar utilize Vibration Analysis software : SKF PRISM4, @PTITUDE ANALYSIS, CSI, etc Have a good knowledge & Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis ( RCFA ) & oil analysis Shall have a good knowledge & work familiarity in Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance. Experience in Rotating Equipment Trouble shooting Vibration such as : Fan, compresor,pumps,turbine, agitator & Conveyor.
