PT Jakarta Tank Terminal is a joint venture between PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. (Indonesia) and Royal Vopak (Netherlands). As a foreign investment company located in Tanjung Priok, we provide independent tank terminal capacity to oil industries for storage and handling of their liquid oil products.
Operations Manager(DKI Jakarta)
Responbilities:
Manages day-to-day operations of the terminal to ensure safe operations and high qualityservice to our customers.
Continuously stimulates quality improvements related to Safety, Health and Environment.
Stimulates operational teams to serve the customer with the customers best interests in mind.
Formulates challenging goals for the operations department to grow their overall performance.
Uses challenging yet constructive feedback to accelerate individual and team performance.
Leads (incident) investigations and easily translates analysis into priorities for decision making.
Coordinates multiple process improvement projects and implements standardized processes.
Maintains good relation with governmental bodies and local authorities.
Manages emergency situations as the Site Main Controller.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 in scale of 4.00.
Has 8-10 years of relevant operational/technical experience in tank terminal or process industry.
Solid knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment best practices.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Pleasant and open personality and good communicator, that has a natural ability to lead.
