Head of Operations

Responsibility

• To plan, direct and control the Production, Engineering, Reliability, Distribution (including Customer Engineering, Customer Service, & Supply Chain) and SHEQ within Linde Indonesia.
• Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets and distribution in Linde Indonesia in meeting customer requirements.
• Responsible for implementing best operating practices, standards, processes and specifications across these areas.
• Implement Operational and Distribution strategies to ensure the business delivers the Product Service Offerings in full and on time.
• As a key member of the Indonesia Leadership team, need to drive Operations and Distribution strategies to meet the agreed in-country priorities.
• To develop a high performance team.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years in a related industrial environment, including experience in safety management and maintenance system in management capacity.
• Bachelor or Master Degree with similar experience in industrial gases or petroleum.
• Good grasp of and ability to apply production management, supply chain and distribution concepts and techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Change and conflict management capabilities.
