ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENTRequirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or similar field
- More than 10 years of experience in the Mining or other related industry, specifically in an Environmental Management role.
- must be able to show considerable management experience particular relating to the formulation development environmental management programmes.
- must be able to show a high level of people management skills particular in the management of subordinates, coordination with relavent Departments internally and related external stakeholders.
- must be able to show a high level of organisation specifically in the implmentation of a diverse range of programmes related to Environmental Management.
- must be able to show capability in the managing logistics, timelines and budgets in the implementation of programmes
Skills:
- Written and spoken English.
- Computing skills in the major microsoft software packages. GIS experience is desirable but not essential.
