METHOD & PROCEDURE SUPERVISORRoles & Responsibilities: The M&P Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Contractor and Company’s SupervisionTeam (construction and commissioning) suitably control the implementation of the Site Health,Safety and Environment Management (HSE) Plan and Program in accordance with contractualrequirements and Company’s approved HSE Manual and HSE Notice to Contractors (HSE NC) Monitoring and surveillance are performed by him on site on all areas relating to the relevantproject. To motivate and monitor the effectiveness of the Contractor’s and Company’s personnel and totake such actions which are necessary to maintain performance to the HSE requisitestandards. To provide assistance, guidance and co-operation to facilitate accurate HSE assessments andachievements. To ensure in conjunction with the Company’s personnel that the Health, Safety & Environmentrequirements of the Company and Contractor’s are strictly complied with. Jointly with the Construction Senior Engineer to maintain a constant HSE evaluation ofContractor’s programs and progress. To advise and assist CSR (Company Site Representative), CSL (Commissioning Sile Leader),Superintendents and Supervisors with HSE matters and issues. To identify areas of concern which require corrective action by the Contractor and Company. To ensure that such items are dealt with in a manner which will secure the project interestsActivities: To be familiar with all Contract documents related to HSE requirements. Ensure that all partiesunderstand the HSE requirements on site. To check that Contractor organizes his HSE Team in accordance with their approvedorganization chart and job description. Any non conformance shall be reported toSuperintendent. To monitor the Contractor’s compliance with Company work permit procedure. To evaluate and investigate as required, any Anomaly, Near miss and Incident which mayoccur and give recommendation for further corrective action to be taken. To conduct with Contractor, regular HSE inspections of project activities. Maintain record ofsuch inspections detailing the finding and recommendations. To follow up the clearance ofinspection punch list items and they are rapidly closed by Contractor. To ensure Contractor conducting daily HSE talks, toolbox meetings to sire personnel. To encourage Contractor’s and Company’s Site personnel on HSE and to report any unsafeaction, conditions using proper form. To ensure that all Construction and Commissioning Equipment (cranes, lifting gear, shackles,sling, chain blocks, etc.) are fit fir purpose and have proper certification and colorcoding/tagging where required prior to use on working areas. To coordinate with Contractor for Emergency drills and Medivac simulation. To attend HSE meetings as required. To maintain records as required by Construction Senior Engineer. To maintain good relationship with Contractor’s and Company’s personnel.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE M&P SUPERVISOR LEVEL 3- Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering background.- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position in oil & gas industry or petrochemicalssectors.- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above.- Extensive knowledge of project activities including SIMOPS, Construction, Pipe laying, HookUp and Commissioning activities as well as a good understanding of production operations (liveprocess plant and the hazards associated with this).- Previous experience of over sea’s postings, experience in Asia would be an advantage- Proficient with oil and gas international codes and standards for the discipline,- Good knowledge of Total EP Specifications,- Good inter-personal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills includingEnglish language (language of the project) Bahasa Indonesia considered as a plus andcomputer literacy.- Ability to work on his / her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team; flexible andpro-active approach.
