Castlerock Consulting is seeking an individual to serve as Grants and Integration Manager for the U.S.Agency for International Development (USAID) Indonesia Clean Energy Development project. Theposition is full time, available immediately, and will be for a period ending September 30, 2014. Theposition is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with travel to ICED field office in Medan, North Sumatra
GRANTS AND INTEGRATION MANAGER (code AD)The Grants and Integration Manager shall have the following minimum set of qualifications :
- A bachelors degree and 10 years professional work experience, or a masters degree and 5 years professional work experience, preferably in the field of international development
- Experience in donor-funded grants program management, including but not limited to: proposal solicitation, evaluation process, preparing grant awards, and monitoring grant throughout implementation
- Familiarity with community infrastructure projects and public awareness campaigns, preferably in the fields of energy
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and experience working with government officials, businesses, and non-governmental organizations
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in both Bahasa Indonesian and English
