ESTATE MANAGER (EM 0911)Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the estates according to good agricultural practice, starting from land clearing, nursery, operational activities as well as administration.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Plantation Management/Agriculture.
- Max 35 years old.
- Minimum 5 years experience in palm oil plantation.
- Mastering the culture of palm oil from the land clearing, nursery, administration until the harvesting.
- Positive and good working attitude, willing to contribute, good team player as well as individual.
- Strong analytical, strong leadership skill, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Willing to be placed at Bangka Belitung.
- Possess experience in developing a plantation from the beginning is preferable.
