Business Development Manager (Water Treatment)Role: The incumbent will focus on new sales opportunities for raw water, waste-water, reuse of water and sludge handling in Thailand for WPS, Paper and Mining. The focus of sales will be around Nalco’s chemical, equipment, instrumentation and service offerings.The key responsibilities will include:
- Develop sales plans and strategy for active and potential pursuits.
- Working closely with local sales teams in executing sales.
- Reporting and interacting closely with sales team manager.
- Support local sales teams in customer retention through the use of Nalco’s Six Service Standards and CMV platform.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in raw water, waste-water, reuse of water and sludge handling
- Need ability to work independently while at the same time be a strong team member.
- High level of knowledge of the English language is required.
- Good analytical, report writing, presentation and communication skills.
