URGENTLY REQUIREDOne of our clients is a Mining Company and involved with a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :
MATERIAL PROCUREMENTS COORDINATOR ( MBP 211 – 69 )Scope of Works :
- Provide a master plan/schedule for facility testing & commissioning that will include resources plan as well (manpower and tools)
- Handle all material procurement both from warehouse issue tickets and direct purchase orders
The requirements are as follows :
- Bachelor of Engineering (S1) ( Civil/Architecture/Mechanical/Mining/Industry Engineering ) from a reputable University, with min. GPA 2,75
- Min. 3 years experience in project or field, able to create project reports (both in Indonesian and English languages
- Excellent in read Engineering drawings for all discipline (Civil,Architecture,Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrument )
- Understand and know about Project Management (including : estimation,scheduling)
- Excellent in analytical skill of Materials Management
- Understand and know about Materials Management Process
- Understand and know about Construction process and techniques
Software Skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Offices (Ms.Excel,Ms Word,Ms Power Point,Ms Access,Ms Project )
- Having knowledge in Ellipse
Others
- Hard Working, Open Minded, Independent and team player
- Good/active in English ( writing and speaking )
- Can work under pressure and tight target
- Willing to work in remote area with status of contract employee and vacation for every 6 months
