GENERAL MANAGER MININGREQUIREMENTS :
- Male, max 48 years old
- Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 6 (six) years in managerial level
- S1/S2 degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
- Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
- Computer Literate in using MS office, Internet and mining software such as: mine scape/minecom and surpac
- Posses minimum POM certificate
- Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
- Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
- Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
- Managed all function in the company such as finance & accounting, purchasing/procurement, logistic & warehouse, human resource, general affair, legal and operation
- To be located in Halmahera Island (Maluku) with rotation schedule.
