Responsibility
- To work closely and support the project management team in implementation and execution of the requirements as describe in GBUT - SHE Program Site.
- Develop and regularly update safety and health management plan.
- Develop and communicate a prior notice in accordance with local regulations to the competent authorities before work starts (if need by laws).
- Interface with regulatory and industry personnel to affect legislation during the project in progress.
- Check that the working procedures, defined safety measures and needs identified in safety and health plan are being implemented correctly.
- Prepare and deliver quality safety health and environmental training programs that need.
- Conduct and document regular safety audit and/or inspections, follow up on corrective actions
- Monitoring and reporting of SHE/HSE performance.
- Manage incident investigation processes.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations concerning Safety, Health and Environmental Management during project execution phase
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years experience as a SHE Manager in petroleum, petrochemical or industrial process construction site
- Must complete any safety officer training class / subject that required by local laws and regulation
- Can work under environment with a high expectation on construction safety standard.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments to produce quality results.
- Skill in effectively communicating purpose and benefit of SHE program
- Ability to identify SHE issues (e.g. hazards, risks) associated with construction and commissioning environment.
- High level of enthusiasm and personal integrity.
- Willing to be placed at Cilegon, West Java
