We are nickel mining company which located in Jakarta and Kendari is seeking dynamic and high qualified person for these following position :
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)Requirements :
- Minimum hold bachelor (S1) degree from any reputable university, preferably majoring in engineering/environment/science/public health.
- Having field/technical exposure in Health Safety Environment (HSE) practical will be advantage.
- Experience at least 5 years as HSE personnel in Mining Company
- Good communication skills within organization and with government and local community
- Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan
- Able to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the projects safety management program
- Responsible to provide the advice and assistance to the Project Manager/ Site Manager for the development and implementation in health and safety section
- Able to investigate and provide the report on all work related injuries / illness
- Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel and also to ensure all the employees are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety responsibilities
- Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them
- Strong command in English both verbal and written
- To be located on Site with rotation schedule
