Our company belongs to one of the leading logistics companies worldwide, with a world wide network in over 100 countries and 900 locations worldwide. For our expanding business we are looking for  additional partnership in our organization for position:

Balikpapan Project Oil & Gas Manager

A. Technical Qualification:

• Excellent understanding of Freight Forwarding, Logistic, Custom Brokerage and Formalities
• Understanding of HSE terminology
• Experience with Heavy lifting, cargo loading / unloading, securing and stowing operations
• Experience with Air and Sea vessel chartering
• Good knowledge of Project, Mining, Oil & Energy industries and customers
• Willing to travel to project site locations
• Customer oriented

B. General Qualification:

• Hold Minimum S1 degree of any major or Marine / Transportation background is preferable
• Detail oriented and result focused
• Self Motivated, high initiative and adaptability
• English Literacy both oral and written
• Computer Literate: MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Strong communication, personal and interpersonal
• High Intergrity
• Preferably those who domicile in Balikpapan area

C. The candidate will be responsible for the following functions:1.Document tender preparation

• Prepares the tender proposal, ensures its completeness, and keeps its confidentiality prior to submission.
• Verifies that contracts are compatible with the original tender documents.
• Works with other departments involved in the tender preparation process.
• Distributes contract and its amendment (if any) to all related parties.
• Maintains logs of tenders (past and on-going) and/or other related documents properly.

2.Integrating good communication between client and operation team - domestic and international

3.Obtaining rates, preparing and follow up quotation and maintaining quotation log

4.Office Management

5.Overseeing Chartering operations

6.Supervising customs clearance operations

7.Field assignment when requested
